We’re seeking an experienced GTM Engineer to own and design our go-to-market engine. You will operate at the nexus of AI and our go-to-market strategy, using AI-native tools and automation platforms to enhance how our sales and marketing teams deliver tailored customer experiences and boost engagement and conversion. Please note that compensation is dependent on experience.

Ideally, you will have:

  • 5-8+ years of experience building and shipping user-facing products with measurable impact; you’ve driven meaningful improvements in activation, retention, or revenue metrics at scale.
  • Full-stack expertise across Ruby on Rails, React, and TypeScript.
  • Practical scripting ability in Python and/or JavaScript to extend automations when needed.
  • Strong product sense and analytical rigor: you write SQL, define success metrics, and know when to pivot or double down.
  • Technical mastery of marketing systems: hands-on experience with APIs and webhooks (building and troubleshooting integrations) and a proven ability to design and manage martech architecture.
  • Deep understanding of marketing attribution and tracking.

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Design, build, and analyze experiments that drive adoption, retention, and expansion. You’ll own the process end-to-end, from data discovery to production-ready code.
  • Develop scalable personalization engines that leverage behavioral, firmographic, and product-usage signals to deliver tailored customer experiences and boost engagement and conversion.
  • Lead continuous experimentation and optimization, identifying opportunities to test, refine, and scale automated GTM systems while staying ahead of emerging martech and AI trends.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business goals into technical solutions, enabling rapid iteration cycles and delivering measurable impact on top-line revenue.
