beehiiv is the all-in-one newsletter and creator platform powering the next generation of media companies and independent voices. We help creators and businesses launch, grow, and monetize newsletters—now serving tens of thousands of publishers and reaching hundreds of millions of readers monthly. With $20M+ ARR, 100% YoY growth, and a newly expanded product suite (ad network, website builder, paid tiers), we’re entering our next phase of hypergrowth.

beehiiv’s Partner Program enables creators, agencies, and publishers to earn up to 60% of revenue from referrals for one year, with tiered commissions, performance bonuses, co‑branded landing pages, and monthly enablement resources; partners are tracked via 60‑day cookies and paid monthly.

Own the strategy and execution of beehiiv’s Partner Program as a major MRR growth lever, recruiting high‑quality partners, activating and retaining them, and building deep relationships with agencies, resellers, and major affiliates to drive net‑new and expansion revenue. Compensation will be dependent on experience.

Ideally, you'll have:

  • 4-6+ years in partnerships, channel sales, tech alliances, or affiliate experience at a PLG or SaaS company, with proven sourced MRR growth via partner ecosystems.
  • Experience building partner programs from 1→100 and scaling to meaningful revenue contribution; comfort leading cross‑functional workstreams and influencing product investments.
  • Track record recruiting and activating agencies, large affiliates, and resellers; skilled in co‑marketing, marketplace distribution, and partner‑led GTM.
  • Comfortable with attribution models, cookie‑based tracking, payout operations, and incentive design, including tiered commissions and milestone bonuses.
  • Strong operator with CRM rigor and forecasting discipline; adept with dashboards tracking visitors → leads → conversions and cohort performance.
  • Familiar with systems like Rewardful, Stripe, Customer.io

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Strategy and Ownership: Define the end‑to‑end partner strategy across recruitment, onboarding, activation, enablement, and retention; align with GTM priorities and product roadmap to unlock scalable, high‑impact partnerships.
  • Pipeline Creation: Build and manage a proactive target list of high‑value agencies, media networks, creator collectives, and platforms; prospect, pitch, and close net‑new partnerships that drive sourced revenue.
  • Program Development: Evolve tiers, incentives, milestones, and bonuses to increase partner earnings and LTV; optimize policies such as cookie duration, attribution, and payout mechanics to ensure fairness and growth.
  • Enablement and Activation: Build repeatable playbooks that accelerate first conversions and ongoing campaign quality.
  • Co‑Marketing: Plan and execute joint campaigns, case studies, and events to increase partner‑driven traffic
  • Relationship Management: Serve as strategic liaison for top partners; run QBRs, forecast pipelines, and negotiate commercial terms and co‑selling motions.
  • Reporting and Insights: Own KPIs, dashboards, and weekly revenue walks; measure sourced vs influenced revenue, activation rates, conversion lag within cookie windows, and cohort LTV.

Key Outcomes and Success Metrics:

  • Revenue Growth: Increase net‑new sourced MRR and partner‑influenced revenue QoQ; maintain an optimal sourced vs influenced mix aligned to revenue targets.
  • Whale Pipeline: Build coverage, progress, and closes across agencies, large affiliates, and resellers; grow average deal size through enablement and co‑selling.
  • Funnel Efficiency: Improve acceptance rate, shorten time‑to‑first conversion, and raise activation within the 60‑day cookie window; sustain 90‑day retention of active partners.
  • Program Health: Ensure payout accuracy and timeliness, attribution integrity, and TOS compliance; raise partner NPS and tier progression rates.
  • Attribution & Reporting: Maintain dashboard rigor for visitors → leads → conversions; accurately forecast and provide weekly revenue walks and cohort LTV tracking.

Why beehiiv?

  • Bias towards action: Our first impulse is to act. We don’t get bogged down in unnecessary processes or bullsh**t. Perfection is the enemy of progress.
  • Ownership mentality:This company is ours. We go the extra mile because that’s what owners do. Every day, people step up to take on tasks outside of their responsibilities and do whatever it takes for us to succeed.
  • Building is in our DNA: We are obsessed with improving every aspect of our platform (and ourselves). Whether it’s our product, support, or partnerships, we never stop working to improve it.
  • We answer to our users: Nothing matters more than serving our users. If our users fail, we fail.
  • Ego comes second, but winning comes first: We put our egos aside to work collaboratively and build something special. It doesn't matter who's idea or who's vision, we're here to create the best outcome. We're here to win.
