Overview
We are looking for a highly driven User Acquisition Specialist to join our growth team. In this role, you'll own and scale user acquisition across various paid channels, from campaign strategy and creative development to hands-on optimization and performance analysis. If you're a creative thinker, data-driven decision-maker, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment—this role is for you.
What you will do
- Manage large-scale paid campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, affiliate, and others.
- Conduct industry and competitive research to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop, test, and optimize ad creatives, messaging, and landing pages.
- Maintain a detail-oriented mindset with the ability to identify new growth opportunities within existing activities, as well as build and establish new acquisition channels—even in less familiar or undefined areas.
- Set up new initiatives from the ground up, adjust strategies along the way, and explore new marketing channels through ongoing experimentation and research.
- Create and manage testing plans, including A/B tests for copy, bidding strategies, and funnels.
- Optimize campaigns to meet key company KPIs including CAC, ROAS, and lead volume.
- Collaborate with design, product, and analytics teams to align marketing efforts.
- Deliver clear, actionable reports and insights on campaign performance.
- Bridge campaign performance with overall business outcomes, identifying how marketing impacts revenue, growth, and strategic goals.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to address business challenges, propose solutions, and drive measurable impact across teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing Google and Social (Meta, TikTok, etc.) campaigns at scale.
- Proven experience with D2C/B2C user acquisition and performance marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into engaging visual content.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and problem solve creatively.
