Overview

We're seeking a strategic Lifecycle Marketing Specialist, who will be instrumental in transforming how we connect with our customers. In this role, you'll help architect seamless, personalized experiences across email, SMS, and other channels—driving engagement, conversion, and loyalty at every touchpoint. You'll be a key voice in our Marketing team, championing customer-centric lifecycle strategies collaborating especially closely with our Immigration practice crew to deepen our impact with that specific practice area.

What you’ll do

  • Orchestrate exceptional customer journeys by managing end-to-end lifecycle program operations—from strategic planning and creative QA to flawless deployment across our email delivery platform
  • Design and optimize intelligent marketing automations that anticipate customer needs and deliver the right message at precisely the right moment
  • Craft sophisticated audience segmentation strategies that turn data into deeply personalized experiences
  • Partner with our in-house and external creative teams to bring compelling campaigns to life, ensuring every message resonates and inspires action
  • Drive strategic planning by managing our marketing communications calendar and ensuring seamless campaign orchestration
  • Uncover actionable insights through rigorous analysis of campaign metrics, turning performance data into continuous improvement opportunities
  • Lead experimentation initiatives by designing and executing A/B tests that push the boundaries of CRM performance

Identify and capitalize on innovative marketing opportunities within the Immigration practice, helping shape our positioning and growth

Requirements

  • Experienced operator with 2+ years of hands-on marketing automation expertise
  • Technical marketer who bridges the gap between CRM platforms and marketing strategy, with a growth mindset
  • Exceptional communicator with polished English skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Data storyteller who transforms segmentation insights and performance metrics into compelling strategic narratives
  • Innovation-driven with an innate desire to test, learn, and continuously elevate results
  • Independent self-starter who can carry projects forward with ownership
  • CRM platform savvy (required), with experience in Braze or similar tools as a strong plus
  • Basic SQL knowledge is a plus
