We're rapidly expanding, and we're looking for driven, empathetic Sales Development Representatives to join our growing sales team. As an SDR, you're the first voice our prospective clients hear. You'll move fast, qualify accurately, and make sure the right people get connected to the right legal care — right when they need it most. As an SDR, you'll be the critical link between someone in a tough legal situation and the help that can change their outcome. You'll be set up for success from day one, backed by:
Warm inbound leads delivered directly to you — no cold prospecting
A structured call framework with proven scripts, rebuttals, and demos

What You'll Be Doing: Qualify Fast, Convert with Care
You'll own the top of the funnel — turning inbound interest into sales-ready opportunities for our Account Executive team.
Stay Ready, Stay Responsive: Maintain ready status throughout your shift and engage every lead with urgency and professionalism
Run the Playbook: Follow a structured call flow with fidelity — use the script, use the demo, and build trust quickly with clients navigating real-life stress
Qualify with Precision: Confirm eligibility against service criteria — geography, financial qualification, service fit, and urgency — so every handoff counts
Book and Confirm: Schedule LSS appointments and complete intakes, setting clear expectations and reducing no-shows through proactive confirmation
Represent Flare's Standard: Submit accurate intake forms and call notes every time — clean handoffs are how we earn AE trust
Requirements
What You'll Bring to Flare:
We're looking for someone hungry, coachable, and built for high-volume phone work.
0–2 years of experience in a call center, sales, or high-touch customer-facing role (B2C experience is a plus)
Strong verbal communicator — you build rapport quickly and stay composed under pressure
Process-oriented — you follow the system, execute consistently, and improve within structure
Resilient — rejection doesn't rattle you; you reset and dial again
Detail-oriented — your intake notes are accurate, your handoffs are clean
Coachable — you take feedback seriously and apply it immediately

Competitive Earnings: $20/hr base (~$41,600 annually) plus a $1,000/month variable target — Total OTE: $53,000. Commission grid details shared during the interview process
