Overview
We're hiring a Marketing Designer to lead digital design across the brand: landing pages, email, social, ads, and video. You'll shape how Flare looks and sounds in the market, work closely with product, marketing, and R&D, and use data to make every asset sharper.
What you'll do
- Evolve Flare's brand, visual identity, and tone of voice
- Design and ship digital marketing assets end-to-end: landing pages, email, social, ads, video
- Use AI and new tools to raise quality and speed
- Partner with product, marketing, and R&D on data-driven creative
- Track performance and iterate for engagement and ROI
Requirements
Who you are
- 5+ years in digital design at a B2C company
- Visual communication graduate from Bezalel, Shenkar, or another respected design school
- Portfolio covering branding, digital marketing, ads, email, and web/mobile
- We work in many ways to hit our design goals — Figma, Claude, Weavy, After Effects, Adobe Suite all come in handy
- Strong with data and user feedback as creative inputs
- Clear communicator who can defend design decisions
- Self-starter, thrives in fast-paced environments
- Fluent English, written and spoken
- Bonus: experience with landing page builders
