Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Product Manager to join our growing team in Amsterdam. As a Junior Product Manager, you will play a key role in the product development lifecycle, helping us enhance and expand our platform’s features to better serve our clients. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about fintech, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to the product strategy and execution at Secfi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, and sales) to assist in defining product requirements and prioritizing features based on customer feedback, market research, and business goals.
• Support in developing and maintaining backlog of projects and features
• Help develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Conduct research to understand user needs, identify product gaps, and suggest innovative solutions.
• Work with the product team to monitor product performance, analyze user data, and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
• Assist in managing the product development process, from ideation through launch, ensuring timely delivery of features.
• Support in creating product documentation, including user stories, wireframes, and product specifications.
• Participate in product testing to ensure features are functioning as expected before deployment.
• Engage with customer facing teams to gather user feedback and inform product improvements.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in a product management, product development, or related role (internships or similar experience welcomed).
• A strong interest in finance and technology.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on solving problems and improving user experiences.
• Basic understanding of agile methodologies and product management tools is a plus
• Familiarity with data analysis and user research techniques is a plus.
