Job Description

The Go-To-Market Team is responsible for driving new business growth, deepening client relationships, and scaling repeatable sales strategies that position the company for long-term success. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will own the full sales lifecycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation, close, and expansion, partnering with prospects and existing customers to deliver meaningful business outcomes.

Meaningful Contributions You’ll Make:
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through close, expansion, and ongoing account growth, managing complex multi-stakeholder deals across technical, executive, legal, and cross-functional teams
  • Build and maintain a strong, well-qualified pipeline through a mix of outbound prospecting, referrals, events, personal network development, and inbound opportunities, while consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Grow and expand existing customer relationships through strategic account management, cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and exceptional customer engagement throughout the lifecycle
  • Confidently negotiate commercial terms and contracts, knowing when to independently drive deals forward and when to leverage internal technical, executive, or customer success partners
  • Represent the company in the market through conferences, trade shows, customer meetings, and in-person engagements, strengthening relationships and brand presence
  • Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to shape go-to-market strategy, share market insights, refine scalable sales processes, and support the growth and development of the broader sales organization
Successful Candidates Will Have:
  • 5+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience, with experience in the wealthtech space
  • Proven success managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from prospecting through close, expansion, and account growth
  • Strong outbound prospecting and pipeline generation skills, with a demonstrated ability to independently drive net-new business through cold outreach, referrals, events, and networking
  • Confidence negotiating commercial terms, navigating procurement processes, forecasting accurately, and operating effectively in a quota-driven environment
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage technical, operational, and C-level stakeholders while partnering cross-functionally across internal teams
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to travel, thrive in ambiguity, help build scalable processes, and contribute to the growth of a developing sales organization
