We’re building cutting-edge solutions at the intersection of AI/ML and SaaS. Our platform leverages large datasets to deliver predictive insights and automation for our customers. We’re looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer who can help us design, implement, and scale data-driven features across our product stack

What You'll Do

• Build, train, and deploy machine learning models that directly power product features.
• Architect and maintain data pipelines using AWS AI/ML tools (SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, S3, etc.).
• Collaborate with the engineering team to integrate ML outputs into our Ruby on Rails application and Postgres database.
• Optimize workflows for large datasets, with possible use of Snowflake for data warehousing.
• Partner with product and engineering leadership to scope and deliver AI-powered initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience building and deploying ML models in production.
• Hands-on expertise with AWS cloud services for AI/ML.
• Solid working knowledge of Ruby on Rails and Postgres (preferred).
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Strong communication skills and a product-oriented mindset.

Nice to Have

• Experience in SaaS or consumer-facing products.
• Familiarity with Snowflake or similar data warehouse technologies.
• Exposure to MLOps practices and tools.
• Knowledge of best practices for data security and compliance.
